Chris joined Leapfrog after a long career with a leading UK supermarket who operated in Guernsey where, as a senior manager managed the HR process for over 250 staff. After joining Leapfrog in 2005 he was appointed Managing Director in 2007. Chris understands the importance of relevant qualifications and holds a Certificate and Diploma in Recruitment Practice and believes that professional qualifications enable you to provide a higher quality and more comprehensive service to candidates and clients. He is also well on the way to ensuring every member of the Leapfrog team is qualified through the REC.
