Account Manager, Intermediary Clients

A new position has arisen in this large finance company for an Account Manager, to be responsible for managing and servicing existing financial intermediaries by delivering banking and custody solutions while optimising client profitability.

Responsibilities will include:-
- Supporting the Senior Account Manager in managing and servicing existing and new financial intermediary relationships, providing relevant market intelligence.
- Adherence to internal and external regulations, notably in respect of on-going transaction monitoring.
- Research, follow up, and resolve client enquiries through effective interaction with clients, Relationship Managers (RMs), branch operating areas, and other staff in a timely and professional manner.
- Record and resolve all client complaints in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
- To attend client meetings and out of hours client entertaining events.

Candidates should have proven experience in the financial services industry and proven experience in the intermediary market place. They should also have an understanding of client due diligence procedures and local regulatory requirements along with strong numerical skills and excellent people skills.
